Please update your 2017 video drivers from here https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600 as info sent says your drivers are from 2013 That may be a reason why or not but https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

I would try and update all hardware drivers manufactures site if they are still posting them. Could get the latest Chipset Drivers from Intel No idea if is a Intel machine but if is https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html and https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/utility-tools.html

FYI: your Flash is way out of date and is a security risk https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only> Try this after the above is done : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-clean-reinstall
