Cannot select pages from multi page document when printing
When selecting print on a multi-page document the menu does not allow me to select which pages I want to print i.e. a 16 page document that I only want to print pages 1,4,7,14.

What type of document? What file format? How is printing being initiated?
Not sure how to find the file format unless it is odt. or pdf. that does not apply to this question. The file could be a bank statement or a web page that page info say's is text/html. It is initiated from the FF open menu or from the task bar. Maybe a better example is this page that you are looking at. I initiate it from the FF open menu. If I can figure out how to take a picture of the screen, not print screen, showing the print menu I will send it.
