Videos not playing properly on Firefox

If I go to any site and click on a video, it will start to play. But it does not display properly. The video size enlarges and it seems to be black and white. I had the problem with YouTube videos, and found an add-on, and now they play fine. But I am still having a problem on Facebook and other sites. I have made sure to update Flash.

Any help would be much appreciated.
