After installing Win10 on my laptop my 'volume' is SO low...before I never needed a separate speaker. I'm not a 'tech wiz' but researched this for 4 months off and on and can't figure it out; I've adjusted the "Playback Devices" folder and even downloaded equalizer thingys, sound enhancers and other software from the internet that didn't work (that was scary!) ;)

My friend's computer installed something called 'AudioWizard' when he updated to Win10 and his sound is GREAT. I went to their website but didn't see any software like his that I could install.

Would appreciate any help/tips.

hello tiprtst, we're not the right place to troubleshoot general windows issues - probably a dedicated forum like http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/ is a better option for that kind of question. thank you for your understanding!

Thanks, Philipp...I didn't know if there was some kind of 'plug-in' that Mozilla offered that could enhance the sound when I was 'on-line' using their Browser.

Appreicate your time. :)
