a website wont load/ email wont print any more..only with firefox

all of this works on IE and chrome and on firefox on another computer. I no longer can go to chat at www.jackinchat.com. this site loads but the chat will not. I no longer can print my email from verizon.net. The firefox seems to have the same set up on both . This one is ver 34.0 the other says 34.0.5

This may not solve your immediate problem but strongly sugges you remove your HowToSimplified extension, part of the troublesome MindSpark stable. Google for information and lots of removal advice.
