I used CTR and asked for rounded tabs, now only the live tab is rounded and other tabs are rounded when I hover but I used to have the non-live tabs rounded too, any suggestions please

That is how it works and had worked in previous versions AFAIK. You may have forgotten that if you used the CTR extension before.

You can check that in a new profile.

There is a Classic Theme Restorer support thread over here. http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=2827985&start=1770 The CTR developer monitors that thread and provides support there.
