Scroll Wheel does not work on Mozilla browser, for several days. I tried on other browsers and it works, but not on Mozilla. Please, give me some suggestions what I can do to fix this.

Thank you for your question. It sounds like you may be seeing the result of a known issue in respect of X-Mouse Button Control software on your computer.

This is something that we are aware of and have communicated to the developer of X-Mouse Button Control. They are currently testing a solution to this and we hope they can make it more widely available soon.
