WLDCore.d11 is missing from my computer. I need to install the program that is compatable with Firefox.

When I find WLDCore.d11 to install, it says it is connected with Microsoft. (not Firefox) If I download it & give Microsoft permission to change things, will I get Firefox messed up?

I need to download WLDCore.d11 in order to click on the e-mail tab on the upper left corner. When I click on the send e-mail, a pop up says I can't e-mail because the WLDCore.d11 is missing & I need to install it. I am trying to e-mail using my Windows 10 where I have all my addresses.
