From what I've found, your phone does not have Android OS, so unfortunately no - Firefox is not supported for your phone.

The TECNO 611S is a basic Feature phone of low end specs.

The mobile Firefox for Android needs a phone/tablet with Android 2.3+ and a ARMv7 or better or a Intel cpu for starters.
