Hello, My saved passwords do not work on certain sites on my Windows 11 computer and my Android smartphone. I have repaired firefox,and created a new profile as advised by members of the French forum.i have also created a new account. On the computer only, I no longer have the subtitles on the skillshare site. When I go to pinterest and deezer, the page does not display normally. I can't see the images in the duckduckgo search either, because I've been redirected to a non-javascript site. I had ccleaner, it was suggested to me that the problem came from there but I uninstalled it before creating the new profile. I also have bit defender free on my devices. Thank you.

I just got a new machine running windows 11 Home, I installed thunderbird just two of my email acconts and I can't see emails. The titles are there when i try to view don't get anything. I go back to my windows 10 set up I see my messages. Thank you in advance for your help..

I have a gmail account and all E-mails are forwarded to a roadrunner account. The E-mails in the roadrunner account are downloaded using POP3.

I am now setting up Thunderbird, and connect it to the roadrunner account using IMAP. For some reason, several forwarded E-mails in roadrunner Thunderbird Inbox are missing. They are, however, showing on the roadrunner Server. (They are also still in the gmail account).

To troubleshoot, is there some way to "refresh" the inbox or download the messages again??

I'm trying to set up Firefox on a new Windows 11 laptop and having issues.

First, I installed a couple of Add-ons and set them up, I use one to have a Home Page, and another for zoom percentage. And I went into each one and set them up as I want them. But when I closed FF and reopened it, they were gone, as if I didn't install them at all. And all the changes I made to the top part of the browser - icons and overall look - reverted back to what FF is "out of the box."

Also, on my old laptop, I went into about:config and changed the ui.textScaleFactor because the default FF top part is too wide for me. But when I went into it on the new laptop, and changed the number, nothing happened. On the old one, when you enter a different number and hit enter, the change is made immediately.

Also, I did make FF my default browser on the new laptop, at least I think I did. I clicked the link to do that, and it brought me to a window with a bunch of confusing extensions. I changed them all to Firefox, including E-Mail, and I don't even want FF being the default for E-mail. And I did click the check on top and clicked "Make FF the default browser." But when I open FF, I keep getting asked if I want to make FF my default browser and to pin it to the task bar. But it already is!

I should point out, that it's possible I downloaded FF twice, and may have installed it twice. But when I go to Install/uninstall files, just one is listed. And I only have one FF icon on my desktop.

So what is going on?

I am unable to printed from the Firefox browser on Android. This used to work but just stopped a while ago. I can print from other apps like Acrobat and Google Docs. I have reset everything, updated the printer drivers, etc. It would be very convenient to have this capability back as it limits the utility of Firefox on my phone.

Browser ver. is 129.0. Phone is a OnePlus 9.

Today I was forced to reinstall my PC (nothing worked, a lot of problems etc). I was told that I don't need to use any backup for Mozilla (even if I wanted, my PC problems would not allow me to do that) because yesterday I've made a sync. After couple of hours of reinstalling the system I wanted to sync my account to get back my Bookmarks and turns out that sync does not restore them. I have all my plugins and that's all, none of the bookmarks. I've lost literally years of saved data.

At first I thought it was Facebooks issue but when I shared using Edge or Opera browser the share dialog DOES have a share button at the bottom of the share pop up dialog. Using Firefox, for what ever reason, it's cut off at the bottom so I have no way to share and have to copy the link and walk it over to Facebook or wherever to share anything. When I'm using Chrome Browser every Google related products working smoothly but when I'm using Firefox except (Google) every other websites working smoothly. I even clear cache a lot times & troubleshoot the Firefox too but still facing such problem. It just display No Internet Connection message just for Google products.

I finally figured out what was causing the problem from this, old question.

I have filters set to auto-forward mail to another email account. Apparently when you have a forwarding filter, it does not add those messages to the outbox.

This has been going on for way to long.

Why can't I copy on so many web pages any more. I understand that SOME web pages are set up to not let you do so but that isn't very many. And, yes - I have followed the instructions and have the box in my setting checked.

I use to not have a problem coping from Google search but run into this problem more and more often.

If I go to EDGE I can copy without a problem.

And along these same lines, I have many etrade pages that will not load - no problem with same pages using EDGE.

I have used FF for years and years - I like it but it is getting to where if I have to keep going over to EDGE why not just use it to start with?

If I configure DoH in Windows 11, Firefox is unable to make any name lookups.

Originally I had DoH configured in Firefox, I wanted to use a Custom provider so I entered the details, and this worked initially.

I then configured the Windows 11 OS itself with the DoH custom provider, and this also worked in other apps, I could also use nslookup to successfully perform name lookups.

However, after configuring DoH in the OS, when I returned to Firefox, I could no longer access any websites. If I reconfigured Firefox to use CloudFlare or NextDNS with DoH, they also would not work. If I disabled DoH in Firefox and used regular DNS, Firefox was still incapable of performing any name lookups and accessing any websites. Only when disabling DoH in the OS did Firefox begin working normally again. I re-enabled my custom DoH in Firefox and it works as long as I do not enable DoH at the OS level.

Is this a bug?

I changed pwd for my firefox acc 2-3 month ago and after it I was logged in only on my laptop. One week ago I changed OS on my laptop and forgot that while U changed pwd U also logged off from all devices. So I cant reach my acc from my 2nd laptop and my phone cause I don't remember pwd. I only remember pwd what was before that one. So I restore it. And now I haven't my pwds, bookmarks, extensions etc. What I can do now? Can I restore all this things?
