Please read firefox crashes that gives tips and explains how to obtain the Firefox crash ID even if firefox will not open.

A typical recent example of a crash with a crash ID link is /questions/893296 in that case the problem will undoubtedly be confirmed, in due course, as being down yo use of Trusteer Rapport software, if you happen to be using that software it may be the cause of your problem.

(Sorry may have unintentionally flagged post as abuse, I was trying to click on your system details - if I did it did not display the ususal report dialogue - maybe a sumo bug?)

After installed new add-on this kind of issue may happen, uninstall new Add-on and again run Firefox.
