Yes Firefox focus was created by Mozilla the same team that created Firefox and Firefox beta and Firefox nightly and Firefox developer browsers and that is Mozilla as you can actually see on the screenshot

Alternatively, you can use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.
