Left Swipe/Previous Page - Can I disable?

I find when I am browsing on Firefox and swipe down on my Macbook trackpad, the browser often interprets even a slightly leftward slant as a command to go back a page. Is there a way to disable the swipe left/previous page function or to make it less sensitive?

I find when I am browsing on Firefox and swipe down on my Macbook trackpad, the browser often interprets even a slightly leftward slant as a command to go back a page. There are browser.gesture prefs that control these gestures. You can double-click a line and clear its value to disable this gesture. Make sure you click the OK (✓) icon to confirm.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can click the button to "Accept the Risk and Continue".
