problem Logging into my email

When I try to log into my Thunderbird email i get an error message about an inbound server not accessed. The attached picture if the specific error message is attached. I have even reinstalled Thunderbird to no avail. I can reach my email in the Yahoo site. but that is not as friendly as Thunderbird used to be. I need help.
