As soon as a roll the mouse wheel to scroll down on any web page, the page freezes for at least 2 seconds, as if he buffer is trying to catch up with the mouse. It does this on every scroll of the wheel, no matter how many times I do it on the same web page. This is extremely frustrating and is a deal breaker for me as to whether to keep Firefox as my default browser.

Did you update the mouse driver? And when did this start happening?

This started happening only when I started using Firefox as my browser. The mouse works fine with Chrome and Edge. It is a Logitech M510 Wireless mouse.
