Firefox opening a weird new page on startup.

This happened first yesterday, after some time my computer was being used. I booted my computer this morning and opened firefox. The main program "crashed" and appeared this page again. I couldnt maximize it, I could only see it on windows' thumbnail. What is it? Sending an attached image to help understanding what happened.
