When I go to my WWE Network account, network.wwe.com it plays a green screen now. It randomly froze on Friday night after working perfectly and I refreshed and now it plays a green screen. I have done all the tips from FireFox support of unchecking hardware acceleration, all it does is lag the video and sound doesn't match up. I have made sure all of my drivers are up to date. The website and video plays in other browsers like IE and Edge but not FireFox all of a sudden. It's only on this website, too. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo and Daily Motion etc all play videos with no issues. Please help me fix this issue. I believe it is FireFox.

Also, I have made sure my Flash is up to date. Everything they suggested, I have done and nothing fixes it and removes the green screen except unchecking the hardware acceleration but it doesn't match up the sound. There has to be another solution. Again, it plays in other browsers and only just started doing this on Friday. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall FireFox and did their refresh. Nothing works. When I uninstall, it doesn't even wipe out the old stuff, it continues to show my history and bookmarks, etc even though I have restarted. Can anyone please help me? Thank you.

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
