get "error code -24" when I try installing Firefox

I can't get the regular Firefox for android to install on my phone. When I go to the play store, and initiate the download it gives me an error message with the number "-24" as it tries to install the program.

For some reason I am able to use Firefox Beta but would like to know what the issue is I'm using a Motorola Droid Ultra and didn't have issue until I updated to Android 4.4.4

Google does the distribution of the files you can check the known Google Play issues at https://support.google.com/googleplay/known-issues/1319135 or ask in their support forum https://support.google.com/googleplay/?rd=1#contact=1

We don't have any control over the Google servers that send the file to your phone.
