I have Dell SupportAssist that I use to cleanup my Dell Inspiron 3793. It is about to expire, and I would like to know if there is a Mozilla Firefox product to replace it.

Firefox is a web browser and no Mozilla does not have their own antivirus, scanner or diagnostic software etc.

If you Dell computer is out of warranty then you may as well get rid of Dell SupportAssist.

You can look at something like CCleaner or similiar product.

CCleaner should not touch Anything Firefox related as all too often it causes problems if allowed to do so.
