The reload button in the url window does not refresh the page being displayed. A right click on the tab does refresh the page. The url button worked in the previous version 3.6.17

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
