Having problems accessing websites and believe it"s due to add-on filter since I was trying to deactivate this feature, but made it worse. How do I remove the add-on filter(s)?

Hi randstrauch@hotmail.com- It sounds like you installed an add-on that you no longer want. In order to manage your add-ons:

  • Open Firefox > Tools > Add-ons
  • Select the add-on > click Disable or Remove

This should remove the problem of filtering website content.

Hope that helps!
