I am trying to down load e books but I can't do it thru firefox. It says that I need to go to tools, options then security. I can not even find the tool bar. How do I get to the Firefox tool bar?

Hi.

The Tools they speak of is the Tools menu, not the Tool bar. If you can't see the menu bar, tap ALT in your keyboard. If that doesn't make it appear, rightclick anywhere in your toolbar (the reload button will do, no problem) and click "Menu Bar". That will make it permanently visible.
