I am using Thunderbird email. I have several different accounts, but when I send email from shawn.williams@minacs.org - it is showing that it is being sent from admin@minacs.org. I have attached the screenshot of where I am sending it from, and the screenshot of where it shows when it is received.

I do not see a way to change the SMTP as per the article. I am submitting a screen shot.

In Account Settings, select an account in the left pane, then select the correct server in the Outgoing Server (SMTP) drop-down in the right pane (see picture). It helps to give each smtp server a unique Description. Click Edit SMTP server... to see the smtp settings.
