Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I need to wait a lot longer than five seconds before I a see the webpage appear, but eventually I get that website, so this is not a fast server.
