Message Tagging Shortcuts don't work on my Windows 8.1 laptop, but works on my 3 other W7 computers.

The number (0-9) shortcuts for tagging messages don't work on my Windows 8.1 computer. Thunderbird version 38.4.0 but it works on some of my Window 7 computers.

Have you ever seen this?

Are you using the Numeric keypad? Depending on the Num Lock state those keys do or don't send the numeric values. The numeric keys from the Qwerty keyboard should always work.

No Numeric keypad - just a laptop w/o one.

So it's the Qwerty keys that don't work.
