I'd like to move the refresh button over to the left size of the URL. However when I go to the 3-bar menu and choose customize, it appears to be fixed in place as part of the URL bar and there's nothing I can do to move it.

Please tell me how to move it.

I'm using Firefox 40.0.3 on OS X Yosemite.

This add-on will allow you to move things around.

Classic Theme Restorer (Customize Australis) {web link} Restore squared tabs, appmenu, add-ons bar, small button view and more on Australis UI (Windows/MacOSX/Linux + Fx 29+).

This will restore many of the things the last upgrades took away.

To save space on your toolbar, the refresh button is fixed inside of the address bar and cannot be moved. Sorry for any inconvenience.
