Our email from sunflower.com does not load on a regulater basis. It will load for a couple of days each time we open thunderbird and then it will stop for a few days. We can use our web mail account to access our email account and see that it is not loading messages into thunderbird on a regular basis. I have looked at the settings but do not know what to change if something needs changing. I would think that if it works some of the time that the settings should all be correct. What do I need to do?
