"Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks" has been renamed to "Show All Bookmarks" in Firefox 4.

Click Help > Restart with add-ons disabled and check whether organize bookmarks is available while running Firefox in its safe-mode. Tell me how it goes.

After disable addons - still cannot organize/manage bookmarks
