I am installing firefox on a computer but will not have access to high speed internet. Previous download failed due to poor connectivity. I want to download a full distribution, here on a high speed connection, not just the installer, so that I can complete the installation without using the crappy internet at that location where I will be doing the install.

The file that you download from the Mozilla site is the full installer and no other files need to be downloaded.
