How can I make my navigation bar/menu bar/tabs bar, (when on top), not be the same color as the header bar?

I noticed that with Firefox 4, the accent/outline color, (the color of the top bar), now includes the navigation bar and/or the menu bar, and/or the tabs bar (tabs on top). How can I make it so that even if my tabs are on the bottom, the navigation bar and the menu bar won't be the same color as the header bar?

You can try to set the pref browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar to false on the about:config page.

Didn't work :/ it did change the tabs so they're just under the title bar when the window is fully maximized, but it's not what I'm looking for.
