I can not download Firefox. It tells me it can not use the temp folder?

Do you get this when trying to run the setup file to install Firefox?

If you do, first of all save the setup file to your computer, then right-click on the setup file and choose "Run as administrator"

I tried to run as administrator and got the same error; Can not create temp folder archive. Please I need to get this to work. I had change to Google Chrome, but my school does not support this.
