I have installed the latest version of Adobe Flash. However I still can not get any videos to play nor can I upload photos to other sites???

Every time Firefox opened

I would strongly suggest updating Firefox to 3.6.6 to begin with by following these instructions: Update Firefox to the latest release. Then I would follow these instructions to install flash in Firefox: Install the Flash plugin to view videos, animations and games
