I need to prove to my university that I was on their Moodle site on a certain date. Is there a way for me to prove this using Firefox data? I don't think I have emptied my history since. I need the date and perhaps a time.

Firefox only shows the most recent visit of a website, if you need older visits then look at this Nirsoft utility.
