New Firefox for Android opens previously visited URLs in multiple tabs
The new Firefox for Android version opens several previously visited URLs in multiple tabs. How can this resource-consuming behaviour be stopped? If I don't find an answer, I'll change to another web browser.

Hi Molart
We have change the tab opening process to help people be able to browse when on the go. That said, this could be a feature that we look into changing in a future update.
Please find a way to switch off this annoying feature! I don't want my browser to open multiple websites. If I need previously visited pages, I use my bookmarks. This feature is a waste of time, data volume and energy of my cell phone.
I always thought of Firefox as a user-friendly browser and particularly liked the possibility of sharing bookmarks and other settings between my computer and cell phone. But if this opening of useless tabs can not be switched off, I'll have to change to a different browser.
hi, you can already set to clear browser data like open tabs when exiting the browser: Clear your browsing history and other personal data on Firefox for Android
