I basically like the search suggestions feature, and I want it to pull suggestions from my bookmarks. But I don't want to pull suggestions from ALL of my bookmarks. Isn't there a way to exclude specific bookmark folders from suggestions?

An example of a similar feature would be how in macOS you can prevent Spotlight from searching certain folders. I want to do that for Firefox's search suggestions.

Thank you.

That isn't a thing, but you could, for instance, keep all those bookmarks as links in an HTML file - you could even export all your bookmarks to HTML and then delete the extraneous ones. Or, you can keep a folder of URL links on your desktop or wherever, if that is something you can do with Mac. E.g., visit each site from the folder in question, drag from the address bar by grabbing the icon(s) immediately to the left of the address, and drop them into a filesystem folder.
