My printer can print online documents such as emails and boarding passes from IE but not Firefox

more options

My printer has no problem printing Word, PDF and other hard drive, offline documents, but using Firefox cannot print online documents such as emails and boarding passes. It does not have this problem with IE. I am using Windows 7 and a Brother multi-function (print/copy/scan/fax) device. Thanks for any help.

Can you be a little specific about the problem? Like what issue are you facing when you want to print. What happens when you use the print command?

Does the Prinat dialogue box pops-up when you click CTRL+P on any page?

Thanks for the reply. Problem solved! Under devices and printers, the correct printer was always shown as the default option - the is, it was the only one for which there was a circled check mark. BUT when I opened printer dialogue box (as you suggested), for some reason another, incorrect printer was shown. I've now corrected that. Thanks for the help!
