Are you trying to say that you you can't access Mozilla.org, or you can't download Firefox? No other program should have removed Firefox, but it may make itself the default web browser.

Are you sure Firefox was removed? Windows > Start > search box > Firefox. If Firefox is listed, start it. After the program is running, Press the <Alt Key> or <F10> key to bring up the tool bar. Then Tools > Options > Advanced > General. Turn on Always Check Firefox Default Browser.
