'bold text' I need to access urgent messages but my login password blocks my access. I use the required letters, numbers, capitals, symbols for strong password but login is always rejected. Perhaps I am missing something obvious, kindly help.

Go to that website and use the 'Forgot Password' link. After, create a new password.
