I signed up for Sync on an old Mac. I cannot get it to work on new Mac. Nothing is transferring. Your online help is no help.

I have had a new mac for over a month now and I cannot get my Firefox menu or bookmarks onto the new Mac. I signed up for Firefox Sync. It didn't work either. I'm frustrated and disappointed. I have 100's of favorite bookmarks.

How did you set up and use Firefox Sync to transfer the bookmarks, and what happens when you try to sync?

Which version of Firefox were you last using on the old Mac?

You would have had to have been using a Firefox 29 version or higher for that Firefox installation to be compatible with the current version of Sync.

I created an account in Sync on my old Mac which is using Firefox 36.0.4 version.

I logged into Sync on my new Mac and hit the Sync button.
