I have been using your e-mail program for several years now and had been very happy with its functionality until 2 days ago when suddenly all my sub-folders in my INBOX disappeared and I am now unable to retrieve any of the messages saved in the sub-folders. I am really disappointed how you implement changes and "fix something that isn't broken" and cause me loose all my data that I urgently require. I notice that other users have had similar problems and that they too are struggling to get information on getting this problem fixed. I will not be advocating your products again as your support process lacks fidelity.
