MY PC has NO communications capability. Can Firefox be purchased in CD form?
Downloading requires some form of communications capability. My Toshiba lap top has NONE what so ever. Since I can't download it can I purchase Firefox in CD form?

If you have access to another computer which has internet access you could download the full Firefox setup from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ and then transfer the file from that computer to your laptop by way of a usb flash drive or cd.

You can consider to download the full Firefox installer via FTP.
Open a cmd.exe command line window and execute these commands:
ftp open ftp.mozilla.org username: anonymous password: anonymous cd pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/latest/win32/en-US ls binary lcd ~\Desktop get "Firefox Setup 27.0.1.exe" bye (check that you have the Firefox Setup 27.0.1.exe file on Desktop)
