I have one contact that I have that sends me web links for a online course that I have joined. These links are videos that he has recorded or notes that he has posted on the internet. When I click the link it says that I have an internet connection problem. if I have him send me the same link from another email address it works just fine. I hate to ask him all the time as there are a lot of emails that he sends me and to have him send from another address is a pain on his end.

Thanks mark

A different email address or a different mail composition tool on his end. it sounds like his default mail client makes a bad job of sending links and the other does not.
