new firefox upgrade downloads but doesnt install

i click on the link to downloads and a new opens with the download that only takes a couple seconds to download once that happens there is no more activity or installation process i try restarting firefox and my computer and Im still on the same version

Try downloading the full Firefox 10.0.1 setup file, and install it.
