Received a login failure to an online banking service, eventually getting a web page that entirely filled by screen with no scroll bars, no menu bar at top. Tried re-starting firefox, re-starting computer, removing/reinstalling firefox, all to no avail. Did not want to remove "settings" assuming all my url's/passwords would be deleted. How to I get the web page to be "sized" correctly.

You can try closing Firefox, moving localstore.rdf out of the Firefox profile, then relaunching Firefox. It should reset the window size and position. If that works, you will have to redo any toolbar customizations you have done. If not, you can move the localstore file back into the profile again.
