When I try calling some of my Facebook friends from my PC, I get this message "Video calling is not supported on this browser " . But when I try calling other Facebook friends, everything works just well. When I try calling my Facebook friends from my cellphone, no problem.

FB has made the choice not to support Firefox.

Thanks for the answer. But video and audio work with most of my Facebook friends, it fails only with some.
