I like to play games on Facebook. I have downloaded windows 10. I had windows 8.1 After I downloaded windows 10, when I try to play these games, the screen goes black, then a statement comes on that says WEBgl has been disabled. I have tried everything and I can't fix this. Do I need to uninstall Firefox and reinstall or can you please help me. I hope this is enough information. I have refreshed Firefox twice and that didn't help.

Thank you so much for your help.

Do you see a spinning cube at get.webgl.org/webgl2/?

Check that webgl.disabled is false in about:config.

Make sure Windows 10 is fully updated and see if there are optional driver updates available.

Try installing the latest graphics drivers from the manufacturer's site and reboot.
