Windows 10 PC. After update to Thunderbird 115.9.0 new messages disappear from Inbox after closing and reopning app BUT they can still be found in Search results. Also, many old messages have moved from Local Folders back into Account's Inbox.

Does problem go away if you do Help > Troubleshoot Mode?
