Where I expect to see the progress of connection to a site at the bottom left I no longer see anything - thank you

At the bottom left corner it's always shown connection progress, for example "performing tls handshake," there's nothing. It just started happening. Weird!

Hey Jeff, With version 75, they changed the Status Bar (bottom left corner) to white text on a black background. Maybe (?) your Theme has something to do with it.
