When i am on my Magento website and i am trying to upload a picture the flash buttons will not load. i right click where the buttons should be and it shows in gray "movie not loaded". everything is up to date, all the cache has been deleted. every trick other than deleting firefox and reinstalling it has been done. it worked yesterday and all of a sudden it no longer wants to load. it is also just this page. every flash page works perfectly.

Does the Web Console or the Network Monitor show any issues with loading this data like cross domain issues?

You may have to create a cookie allow exception for a specific domain if you currently block cookies very strict.

Hmm, what changed since yesterday??

Could you try:

New Profile Test

This takes about 3 minutes, plus the time to test your problem site(s).

Inside Firefox, type or paste about:profiles in the address bar and press Enter/Return to load it.

Click the "Create a New Profile" button, then click Next. Assign a name like July2019, ignore the option to relocate the profile folder, and click the Finish button.

After creating the profile, scroll down to it and click the Launch profile in new browser button.

Firefox should open a new window that looks like a brand new, uncustomized installation. (Your existing Firefox window(s) should not be affected.) Please ignore any tabs enticing you to connect to a Sync account or to activate extensions found on your system so we can get a clean test.

Does the problem site work any better in the new profile? (You normally will need to activate Flash on the site in a new profile. See: Why do I have to click to activate plugins?)

When you are done with the experiment, you can close the extra window without affecting your regular Firefox profile. (July2019 will remain available for future testing.)

It looked like it was going to work, i saw the area where the buttons would be all grayed out. but when i told it to allow flash the gray box disappeared and it is now the exact same as before. it feels like firefox is blocking flash from loading in this one page.?? for all these tests i made sure that all my virus and firewalls have been deactivated. so i know its not that. i also went to armorgames.com to test out if flash is working and it is.

It turned out that there was some domain issues or server problems. I sent over your question and today everything is now working. the web master has not told us what the issue was but. what ever changes they did fixed it.

Thank you for all of your time in helping me out with this.
