After troubleshooting, I was told to use accessibility mode to open it. It always opened before. How do I use accessibility mode?

Sorry if my question was vague. A desktop program would not open and the troubleshooter said I needed accessibility mode. I don't know what that meant. I rebooted the computer and problem solved.

Sorry, but what problem are you having that you want to use Accessibility mode for? I think it's a Windows mode, but I'm not sure why that would help because... I don't know what the problem is.
